After stopping to play for a while and after the latest patch I was expanding the walls on the edges of the roof of my safehouse. I had previously (before the latest patch) built walls there with windows for sheetropes. Building wall frames is working fine. But updating those wallframes on south-facing (southwest and southeast) walls to anything (walls and windows of all levels) doesn't allow my character to build. I made sure I had the right building materials in my inventory. No matter how close my character stands to the wall frame I want to update, he does not move or initate construction. I checked if the problem also appears on north-facing walls but they worked fine.
This is the vanilla game, I'm not using any mods.
