I renamed all of my dice items (D4,D6,D8,D10,D12,D20) to add a prefix (ScyD4) and the problem vanished. I can only guess there was some kind of naming conflict? Anyway it's all working now.

I can spawn them all through Necroforge - I don't know if that counts as 'manually', but I know they're all correct.

EDIT: I have confirmed the other items work and WILL spawn (i changed the name of one of the books in the file to the sword and it spawned just fine) - but there's an error somewhere in the rest of this I don't see...

EDIT 2: As it turns out, there is no definition of SuburbsDistributions["giftstore"]["all"] and everything mentioned thereafter would not spawn.
