Does PZ have one? and if so what tools would i use?

I figured it out, the folder i had to put it in was user/zomboid/mods i assumed it was in the steam folder zomboid i had to do it to.

Im currently just trying to run the tommyguns mod, it has the mod.info file in it but it still doesnt show up. i also have it on steam and it is in the correct pathway C:\Users\User\Documents\User\steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\mods
