Telazorn

Hello I'm creating a mod to add Powdered Milk to the loot tree as well as add a recipe to make milk form said Powdered milk. I get no errors from the mod but yet it is not loading the item in to the Loot tree nor is it adding the Recipe if someone more skilled could look it over and maybe see something i did wrong would be cool. Just attached a zip of all files
