any multiplayer server. (found it on a server with item respawn on)
steps to replicate:
1. put items on a bag (garbage bag/school bag/etc)
2. put it on the ground.
3. take all the items inside the bag.
4. logout/unload the chunk (go far away from the item. and make sure no one is near the bag you dropped)
5. after you go back, you'll see the items you looted a while ago to be on the bag again.
but here's the catch. the items dont stack.
e.g.
you have 2 gas can and do the bug. when you return and loot the newly respawn gas can, it will merge to the ones in your inventory. but if you put the ones on your inventory away, and pick the newly respawn one, they function the same.
its a different story if you use all the gas and turn it into empty gas cans. empty gas cans does stacks.
same with planks created by disassembling duplicated crates. they all stack and treated as a "legit item"
