Had an issue on the dirt roads to the SW secret military base where one player's vehicle (the one connecting externally to server) was slipping and
sliding all over the place, as well as rubber-banding and teleporting backwards into another player's vehicle.

Steps to reproduce (have not tested but the rubber-banding and teleporting happened multiple times):
1. Make sure you're playing on a server with mostly default survivor settings, esp default RAM settings.
2. Drive a bulldriver down the road to the secret military base (won't encounter slipping until both zombies and mud/difficult terrain are present)
3. Get partially down the road so that you encounter a decent amount of zombies and let them surround you a bit (shouldn't be hard the mud will probably
slow you down a lot). For the effect to happen, they need to be affecting your car's speed and handling I think.
4. Finally, just let them surround you in mud, you should encounter the slip n slide effect if your ping gets bad enough.
