• 41.65 • N/A • N/A • No. • Reproduction steps: 1. With a controller plugged in and enabled. 2. Select an inventory item to place on a tile. 3. Shoulder buttons rotate the object, d-pad moves it to different tiles, but nothing moves it around the inside of the cell. Tested with every button / stick combination I could think of. Additionally, attempting to use the mouse to place items while using a controller does not work, it forces the controller placement UI.
