Easy way to fix this, as Costy knows now too, is getting inside of a vehicle and back out. Dodges the server restart bullet 'for now'

Just posted a bug report about something this, but with twigs.

Found a bug (on MP) whereby if you forage for things in the woods and you try to discard twigs (only happened with them so far) the indicator remains on the screen permanently, regardless of the search mode turned off/on. Disconnecting fixes this.
