I tried doing that just now, I only had Hydrocraft and cheat menu as my mods and I still got nothing. Should I just wait for a new patch? Or should I just deal with the invisible items for now?

I've been trying to get my items to show up but nothing works. I'm on IWBUMS and whenever I put something on, for example; Riot armor, it won't show up. That and when I try to put on a leather alice pack it won't show up on my back. What do I do?
