I am getting this bug as well sometimes, using the beta version and hydrocraft mod. A little frustrating as sometimes I keep fighting instead of trying to make an escape, not realising I've been bitten! :'D -
I am getting the same bug. I'm using the beta though and using the mod Hydrocraft.
