No, I had just started the game and had all mods off

As shown in the attached screenshot, my characters left upper arm is bandaged, but not shown as such.

So I was just walking in a house, as you do, when suddenly my character just died. I had started the game a few minutes ago and my health was fine so IDK what happened.
