When i try to rotate any object it doesn't work and makes the noise of a zombie hitting a window PZBUG.mp4

I had this glitch on 41.13 and 41.14. When i click on the "untie hair" button in the info menu, my character's hair end up glitching and disappearing. I have only tried with female character and not with male character yet.
