Remeber, that breathing is the best way to get any chemicals into your blood. If cologne was so toxic - it would be easy to kill anyone on the street just by spraying cologne directly into his nose. It may be a perfect weapon, IMHO. I haven't heard about any "cologne killer", have you?

Is it true that you have vodka in juice boxes? O__O No its not. But there is almost no juice in our juice boxes (something like 25%), everything else is water, shugar and some aromatic ingredients "identical to natural ones". Thats why we prefer to buy fruts. PS: Also, about cologne, there was even a popular song saying "Alain Delon does not drink cologne". In a few years of alcohol ban, drinking everything with C2H5OH in it bacame a part of our culture.

OMG! I'm from Russia, some people even drink cologne without any problems (except alcoholism). PS: Also, there are known ways to get alcohol from brake fluid using an Iron crowbar cooled to -40 degrees celsius. It was popular in USSR when we had a ban on the sale of alcohol.

There are some strange restrictions in PZ recipes. I can sterilize rags with whisky which has just 40-50% of alcohol in it, but I cant do the same with cologne (>70% alcohol). I'd be glad, if my scratched body smell better, while treating wouds with sterilized rags.
