  1. Thanks for the understanding response and professionalism. I have made an exception in my firewall for the program, next time we try we'll check the game versions, we both use steam and downloaded them within the same hour so I believe they're the same but just in case we'll check. Here is a person who had a similar problem to me, I've tried the method suggested. http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/11170-apparent-port-forwarding-issues/ My friend has also tried to host a server and he's suffered the same problem, we've followed the guides to the tee but with no success. We've range opened the ports from 16261 - 16270. We'll check the command prompt that comes up with the game next time to trouble-shoot, and I'll respond to this thread if it bears fruits of knowledge. Again thanks for the reply.
  2. I've researched this topic extensively and found no answer. This is my last bet before I refund the game for the inability to create a server and host it. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and have the most updated version of the game. I've tried hosting a server, giving my friend an external IP and all of my ports are open on my routers home page. They ARE relative to my Internal IP adress, both TCP and UDP. Other sites do not see them as open, this is a isolated case as this kind of fuckery has never displayed it's self to me in all the other games I've hosted servers on. (NwN, Baldurs Gate 1 + 2, Minecraft, Terraria) I'd honestly like to hear a few fixes, ask away I'll answer whatever questions I can.
