Is this right? SandboxVars ={Zombies = 4,Distribution = 1,Survivors = 1,DayLength = 2,StartMonth = 7,StartTime = 2,WaterShutModifier = -1,ElecShutModifier = -1,Loot = 4,Temperature = 3,Rain = 3,......

Is there to put a possibility in the server the stream and water care goes never out?

I have it changed to 0-5 years in the Serversetting.exe and saved at C:/User/[Myname]/Zomboid/Server/servertest_SandboxVars And the Loot is changed! The Elec Shutoff Modifier not! (It goes off after 0-6 Days) Help!
