When I installed the game, I made sure that all files were deleted prior to re-installing it. Unfortunately, It did not fix the issue. -

I've noticed this too. Regardless of using the inconspicuous or conspicuous trait, they seem to notice me at the same rate. From watching YouTubers rate traits, they seem to feel the same too. So, in most runs, I just accept it and try to focus on noise stealth over vision.
