My game crashes after adding the ,,Change Sandbox Options (by Star)'' mod?

I wanted to change the population settings so i added the mod mid game, since i heard that it's working if you're adding the mod mid game, but when i open the world, it would load for 5 seconds and then error 4 would pop up and then the game crashes. I think it has to do something with the mod, i'm not sure tho. Before i added the mod the world would run perfectly.
