[41.73] Certain fencelike structures, specifically on buildings does not let you hop over

What I mean by these is ones like at the muldraugh police station and that office block

from this police station, you can hop over the brick fences spacing west and east, but not north and south

 

and then the nearby office building doesnt even let you hop over both sides

 

more pics that it has problems (right clicking fences with sheet rope will allow you to do the same thing you would do with windows, it does not work on some of them)

 

 

Oh and I found a few more ones

The fences on top of the pizza whirled building does not have collision at all.

scaffolding fence doesnt work
