i can't make vehicle doors animations

Although I do the same as the blender file in the game files, the animations do not work in the game and sometimes it crashes. I want to add animation to the car doors, can you give me a tip on how to do this?

I can say this is something to do with Blender FBX import \ export.

I tried to create Armature and  animations from scratch and it did not work.

After hours of debugging around I decided to try to import and reexport FBX models from existing mods (by KI5): no luck. After Blender FBX export animations are broken: animated parts are absent.

 

If some one knows how to make it work -- let me know too please. I have couple nice models to import into.
