[41.71] [Zombies] Crawlers Zombies are very buggy to stomp while having an injured leg or foot (and often times without but I do not know why)

Gain an injury to the leg or foot (i had foot in my testing)
Attempt to stomp a crawling zombie
Watch as you are unable to often hit them even if you have the hit indicator outline enabled. 
Watch as well as they sort of flop between laying on their back and stomach for some reason.  (it can be scary sometimes when you are not expecting it.)

 

I am sad to say this killed me in the CD DA challenge after getting a stable run going.
