[REQUEST] Removal of repeated repair condition reduction

This is a request for the file & value to edit.

 

Presently:

• Repairing an item repeatedly reduces the max HP said weapon can be restored to.
• As an example, a weapon that has been repaired 10 times with 100% condtion will have less HP than a weapon that has been repaired 0 times at 50% condition.

Desired effect:

• Repairing a weapon will restore 100% of its default condition regardless of how many times it is repaired.

 

I have very light modding experience and am poking around for the value to edit in order to achieve this desired effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
