My body disappeared after dying by jumping out of a window

Reproduction steps:

1. Make a huge mistake and jump out of a window from the 4th floor (March Ridge dormitory)

2. Panic and quit the game midst falling

3. After trying to continue I had to pick a new character. I did and went back to the exact window I jumped out of. No corpse there, also not in the entire 4th floor.

 

I guess it has to do with the fact that I did not watch my character hit the floor. I really hope I could find it in a legitimate way, there's no fun in just getting back the items via Debug mode.
