Cannot wash my cloths if I don't play in English

On build 41.24, when I try to wash my cloths, with the French language selected, I can't wash my cloths because it says that I don't have soap even if I've got some. The issue is, I guess, that in French soap is called savon so I've got 'savon' in my inventory but not soap.

If I change the language to English, the soap I had in my inventory dissappear but if I find some new one this time it's called soap and I'm able to wash my cloths.

So seems the washing needs an item called soap in the inventory, even if you play in another language.
