help Can't connect to my own server

First, I'm sorry for my broke english, hope you guys can understand it. 

 

 

After read several threads here, i still cant figure how put my server online and how join.

All my ports are open, router set to DMZ, windows firewall off and my ISP dont block any ports.

I see something in log and i dont understand that, can you guys please help me?

I host a lot of servers in my PC, hero siege, cs:go, Empyrion, starbound and etc etc but i cant open project zomboid here, i want a dedicated server since sometime i need get offline and my friends want keep playing...
