change loot respawn/rarity?

i'm not happy with the loot in my world. rare on all three with no respawns is not fun for us.

i want to change to food rare, weapons normal, and other normal, with weekly respawn.

using the PZServerSettings.bat it has INI/Loot Respawn, and Sandbox/World Options/Loot Respawn.

do i need to change both?

I would also like to know the difference, and the effect they have on each other when setting the options for MultiPlayer Servers.

I feel like I should assume the Loot Settings under the "Server" Directory specify for Online Play, yet I'm also under the impression I am setting ALL of these options to be saved for my Online/Server play. So I'm also confused as to which one in the Server Settings will take effect, or if they work in tandem?

 

Which, or do both settings effect the Loot Respawn Timer/Counter if a player walks through the cell?
