Soft reset of external hosted server

I know there a few articles on soft resetting server and i have read through the posts but none of them seem to address how to reset a external paid for hosting.  The one i have gives me access to command line as well as file manager but i am unsure as to how to do a soft reset on the server?  Could someone explain to me how this can be achieved?

 

I can also restart and stop server but this does not achieve the soft reset.

 

I was hoping there would be simple way of doing so.
