I believe that clothing patches need a rework. As you can see in the screenshoot I put leather strip patches all over my long socks (lvl 8 tailoring) and one of them seems to be floating on my knee (or maybe I have sewed it to my knee lol). And overall those patches look bad and need rework in my opinion.
