So I have been following the game for a year now and I think these things would make the game more interesting.
 
Push Forniture
 for example, reinforce a door with a bookcase or simply just to move certain type of forniture arround the house, I have been trying to make new walls and i can't add walls if there is a box in front of them so you have to destroy it, make the wall again and craft the box/bookcase etc... again.
 
carry small forniture
such as little fridge, chairs, this will change things a lot if the generator works with safehouses, if the fridge works in a house why not in a safehouse?.
 
barricades rework and door barricades
i don't understand why you have to make the barricades from outside the house and not from inside,also, zombies always smash doors, why not adding barricades to doors?
 
burn items in campfire.
i have been trying to ged rid of items such as rotten food or items( or zombie's corpses?), but you can't fire them in a campfire, when you survive a long time it becomes a problem and dropping everything in the floor ( or a zombie's inventory ) doesn't seems very good.  
 
also,cocktails molotov are way too much, zombies takes to much time to burn (if they burn) and fire destroys everything.
