MontanaZA Posted July 6, 2014 Share Posted July 6, 2014 Hi guys I followed the instructions here: http://www.reddit.com/r/projectzomboid/comments/28xzzz/server_setup_guide_build_271/ I can get the server working no probs, along with custom spawn points. Mods work in SP, and I have added the mod id's for the following mods to server.ini: turbo-luanetturbo-apcomCraftHelperRainPanrkaModRMLockpickingModTommyGuns ALL the mods fail to load on the LAN server with the following message: MOD: failed to load poster C:\Users\Kyle\Zomboid\Mods\ApCom\Logo.png it does this with each of the mods above. I tried to modify my server.ini for example "Mods=TommyGuns,RMLockpickingMod,CraftHelper" but that didn't work. It always failed to load because it uses the whole entry and does not seperate each mod. I think your mods may be in the wrong place. They need to go into c:\users\YOURname\Zomboid\mods Also, very NB, you need to activate the mods for yourself in the game itself. Launch Zomboid from steam or whatever, then go to mods in bottom left and double click each one till they all have a tick. Then relaunch the game again, and then exit. THEN launch your server. Switching to semicolons (as recommended by EasyPickins) did cause the game to recognize the mods, but now I get stuck at a 'Doing Checksum' whenever anyone or myself attempt to log into the server. I'm wondering if I'm having a mod conflict that is causing this particular issue. ***UPDATE****! Disabled checksum in the servertest.ini. The mods are recognized and working fine so far as I can tell. Did you make sure that the loaded.txt listing matches the order you've put in the mods= and that it is case sensitive?
