Once you go from member to advance member, and become a bit known in the forum then one of the mods will usually come up with a title based on your postings. Usually the title you get stems from something memorable you said or did. Like for instance mine is because I said: kill me if I ever say app. Or for instance Geras got the title "Animal Friend" because he suggested an animal friend perk (like in fallout) but in the same breath mentioned how it would make shooting the animals easier.
