steamcmd.sh ERROR! invalid password for beta iwillbackupmysave

Hi everybody !

I'm trying to setup a pz server on a Linux server (ubuntu 14.04) with this tutorial :

and I get an error at this step : 

./steamcmd.sh +login mylogin mypassword +force_install_dir /opt/Steam/ "+app_update 108600 -beta iwillbackupmysave -betapassword iaccepttheconsequences" validate +exit

return : 

ERROR! invalid password for beta 'iwillbackupmysave'

I tried this in one single command-line, and parameter by parameter too, with the same result.

 

Is there something that I missed ?

I don't know about the error, but if you want to play the latest version as of now you can just opt out of all betas and play the regular version. It's the latest and doesn't need the password.

I passed this command, without beta informations :

./steamcmd.sh +login mylogin mypassword +force_install_dir /opt/Steam* "+app_update 108600" validate +exit

and the download just started.

Yeah sorry about that, didn't realise that iwillbackupmysave got abandoned so I removed it from the guide, so it's all sorted now.
