Morphine

Players could find morphine in hospitals etc. If a player injects it while hurt, his pain will disappear for some time.

Bag of frozen vegetables

Found in freezers. Could be cooked and mixed with some other recipe.

Punching bag and boxing gloves

Players could use the bag with gloves to box.

This would increase players strength and stamina.

Spray paint

Players could spray some pictures or words on the walls or mark a tree. This would be nice to tell other players about dangers, loot and other things that are in the area. Players could use it to mark houses, that are looted. Also it would be nice to mark your territory in roleplay.

Grenade

Could be found on Military Zomboids or in Military Buildings. Would be stronger than pipe bomb.

Plexiglass visor

It would be a nice clothing addition that would prevent covering player's head with blood. Also it would add a little protection.

Condom

Players could find condoms in bedside drawers, stores or on zomboids. Players could use it for storing water, gasoline etc.

Erotic Magazines and VHS Tapes

Would decrease boredom faster.

There could be new trait connected to it:

Devout

They refuse to engage with erotic magazines or VHS tapes on principle, viewing them as sinful distractions that corrupt the mind and spirit.

Viewing them causes unhapiness.

Increased hapiness from praying and reading Bible as i suggested before.

Toaster

Adds realism to kitchen setups. Could be used to cook toasts. They would increase players happiness when eaten.

Everything except the condom and the punching bag are already in the game. And I don't want condoms in this game.

If I recall correctly, this could get Project Zomboid banned in Australia. So gather around the campfire kids. Grandpa Kazuya has a story for you:

Once upon a time, there was a company called Bethesda, which had just released a game called Fallout 3. In this game there was an item called "Morphine", that players could use. Now the evil ratings board in Australia didn't like the word Morphine very much, because it was a controlled substance. The board also thinks, that allowing players to use controlled substances in a game is very very naughty. In consideres it so naughty, that it banned the sale of Fallout 3 in all of Australia. Even adults couldn't get the game legally. Because of this, Bethesda had to remove all references to Morphine from the game (it renamed it to Med-X, as was the case in Fallout 1 and 2) and resubmit it to the ratings board. This made the ratings board happy again. So happy, that the sun now always shines in Australia, even at night. Today, illegal drug use is nonexistent in Australia and in order to keep it that way, this rule is still in place. At least I think so. Hey, I'm not the youngest anymore, so give me some slack if it ain't so, but it was a long time ago and I think it still is.
