Reproduction steps:
1. Look for a zombie standing next to a window
2. Call zombie, zombie comes to me 
3. Hit zombie that is now near you, not window = window broken anyways (i did it with baseball bat, and idk if it works in same way outside).

Sounds like the bug Retanaru has shown a few times; only happens when there's a car outside the window (unless you've found a different bug, which is entirely possible).

I got him here, you can see the distance between his body and window. There is no car visible anywhere close to this building, I would be surprised if a car located a mile away could affect it.
