With or without mods, even in the fanmade B42 map by PZmap2dzi it shows there are no light switches, the other houses near the area have theirs. Sorry i can't show pictures, apparently when you disable the Steam interface when playing it deactivates any way to take screenshots and PrintScreen only shows the main menu.
