How to create a simple placeable item? Can't even do that, no info!

Hi, I need some guidance or someone to teach me how to create a simple placeable item, I want to create like a "meat grill", I didn't even try to make the kitchen type item, I just tried to make an item without functionality and that can be "PLACED" (not just dropped) on the floor but I can't even do that!! I tried searching for a thousand hours on google, I tried reading on the wiki>modding but it's very extensive, it's not intuitive, it only gives definitions of methods but no examples!, on youtube there's nothing, I don't even know if I should continue working on b41 or b42... not even that! I searched on reddit and nothing!
or if anyone actually knows of a mod expert I can contact, I'd even pay for the guides..
is it so normal to be so frustrated? I can't understand how people made mods if there isn't even any information!
I can't even think how snake (snake mods) did to make those mods, I don't know how, did he pay someone who developed the game to access that information? I can't think of anything else.

could someone help me from 0 at least try to make the placeable item on the floor with its respective texture? I have an image (tile) for the item, just that, I even tried with chatgpt giving him instructions but he can't even manage to place the item, I followed a couple of his instructions but when I click on it to place the object it doesn't do anything! Can someone please help me.
