project zomboid opens but the options don't appear

Hello, can someone help me? I just bought the game but when I open it I don't get the menu to start the game, only the background image helps pls and I get error 1, any solution?

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?

Have you installed any mods already? 

If not - just try and verify game files and see if that helps.

Check game files, game files may be corrupted or missing.

Please check the program to see if it is suitable to run the game program. Sometimes the error is due to insufficient storage space or Windows is not compatible enough to launch.
