Steam as well as task manager thinks the game is running.

Steam as well as task manager thinks the game is running but it does not display on the desktop, I have already tried verifying the files as well as reinstalling the whole game but nothing helped. I started after playing with friends yesterday while turning off the game crashed and today it doesn't want to launch. Alternative doesn't help either it  just shows the cmd.

Is there anything else in the cmd or is this the whole text? Is there nothing more when you scroll down?

Yup, i somehow managed to fix it by fuccin with steam launch option but now when i try to launch my server everytime it says server connection lost i guess it might have something to do with the mods?

Yes, usually mods can cause that problem. I can only suggest testing to see which specific mod would cause that.
