Issue: furniture/tiles in editor dont match when in game.

I'm having issues with a new mod I'm working on where buildings/specific furniture look fine in Tiled and WorldED but when I check things in game. Some are changed.
Furniture I've specifically noticed are
1. Bar counters: the bar counters seem to change to wall pieces or corner pieces depending on which bar counters are used.
2. Vanilla wall vines don't spawn at all/change. This seems to only happen to ones placed on the ground floor. Any Wallvines placed on higher floors work fine.
3. Metal railing are changed to wood railings.

This issue showed up suddenly as when I previously worked on the mod. The buildings looked fine in game.
I've added some screenshots showing the way it looks in the Editors and how it looks in game. So far I've only noticed that Vanilla assets are affected.

I don't know how to resolve this and any suggestions are really welcome.

I remember when originally getting the editor that certain tiles looked jumbled like the rugs and I had to correct them/clean them up.
But It all looks good in the editor tiles so I'm not sure if this is relevant.
It's frustrating getting this issue as the mod is pretty much ready to be released but then this issue showed up.

This issue is partially fixed.
Adding fixed2x=true to the map.info file resolves the bar counter, rugs, railings issue.
The wallvines issue is still present.

I've been told on the unofficial mapping discord server that the vines can be randomized hence they change sizes or don't show up at all.
But I dont know if thats true.
It would be weird to me to randomize it like that. Its also only random on the ground floor. Any floor above it and they stay as I placed them in the editor.
