PZ doesn't work for me, it closes when I want to start the game

I bought the game recently to play with a friend and it doesn't work, I had problems opening it after touching some options in Steam I was able to enter but when I start the game it closes, could you give me a solution in less than 24 hours if I don't have a response I will ask for my refund in advance thanks and regards

Can you try using the "Alternate launch" option when launching the game through Steam? If the game fails to start again, can you share your console.txt file, found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
