I choose a city, create a character, his perks and clothes. Then a black screen with inscriptions (the inscription "loading" at the bottom), as it should be. And after "The game is not responding". And no matter what I do, update drivers, remove mods, reinstall the game, nothing helps. If I open the game as administrator, the game freezes a bit later. This happens both in single player, on your own server, and when connecting with a friend. Tried to find a solution on the Internet, but found nothing.
