It seems like there is some sort of permission issue.
Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -cachedir=C:\Zomboid > Start the game normally

I deleted all files except saves. When I try to launch the game, steam shows that the game is running, but there is no project zomboid in the task manager. It's as if the game doesn't launch at all. I tried to make the game run but nothing helped. Now I reinstalled the game and still nothing.

How much RAM are you assigning to the server? Since this PC may not have enough RAM to run both the game and the server.
Usually the absolute minimum you can asssign a server is 3GB, the game itself takes 3GB and then Windows in the background takes around 2+GB, depending on any background programs and such.
This puts us at 8+ gb usage, your PC only has 8GB RAM total, meaning you may not have enough RAM to run the server.
You can try assigning 3GB to it and see if it runs though.

So i bought myself 8 gigs of ram, i installed it right away and i still get the same text (Normal termination). I also discovered that I can't create server settings and game settings in singleplayer. When I save my setting it doesn't appear in the list and I get 1 error in the lower right corner. As before, I do not have the steam overlay turned on and I have 16 gigs of ram. By the way, i'm sending the logs zip just in case.

The latest logs still show you with only 8gb installed. Are you sure you installed it correctly? Does the RAM show up as 16 in your Task Manager?
Additionally, can you share the coop-console.txt file found in your Zomboid folder?

I checked the amount of ram and in the settings it shows 16 gigs. In the task manager, however, it shows 10 gigabytes. I sent a screenshot. I'm Polish, so everything will be written in Polish, so I marked information about my RAM. Regarding "coop-console.txt", I can't find this file anywhere in the zomboid folder. I checked with word search and manually looking through each folder but couldn't find it.

Can you try starting the server again in the Main Menu > Host > Start server menu? Then share the console.txt file found in the Zomboid folder again. Since it seems like there is a lack of logs in the last log file you sent, as if you never started the server at all. You are starting it through the Host menu correct?

Yes, I'm sure I'm creating the server correctly. In the past, I hosted a lot of servers for me and my friends. I never had this problem. since I operate on a new laptop and from the very beginning of installing the game, I have a problem with creating a server. I tried to host the server a few times and created new settings as you asked. I am also sending the "console.txt" file.

Thanks, there seem to be a lot of mod and configuration errors in this log. I recommend you go to the C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid” folder and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
After doing that, create a new server with the default settings, for now do not change anything and just assign about 4GB RAM to it and try starting it, see if doing that works, since there were some server setting issues in the logs as well.
