"This is how you died" then crashes

Hello, recently I performed a Windows Refresh on my system upon installing steam, then installing zomboid I created my character, then when "This is how you died" popped up it crashes, after that nothing pops up it forces the game closed.

I forgot to mention what was in the google doc.

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
And can you share the latest “hs_err_pid” file found in your main game folder “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid”?

The logs.zip folder is empty, and there isn't a hs_err_pid file anywhere in my game's directory.

I see, in the case the file is empty, try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -cachedir=C:\Zomboid > Start the game
