Server has stopped during launch (NormalTermination)

This error is unbearable, it prevents me from starting a server for my friend and I to play. I have tried several solutions such as restarting my game, restarting my computer, changing the server memory, deleting my multiplayer file, editing the launch options, and even reinstalled the game, nothing has worked.

Yes,im having the same normal termination problem with log saying

This is just a standard steam connection issue, try restarting your PC and see if it works now, make sure that you have your Steam client running as well.

You have the error because of this mod loaded into the server:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2976815416

The mod is set as "friends only", meaning it cannot be used on servers. You would have to set it as Unlisted if you want it to be used on servers.
