Stuck on "getting server info"

I'm trying to host a server so my friends and I don't have to play at the same time. I've been struggling the last 2 days trying to get it running and slowly but surely keep getting a little further but now I'm completely stuck. I've forwarded ports, as far I know I did it correctly lol. I use my local ping to connect as host, I'm starting the dedicated server from the steam client not cmd. I ran into the "steam is not enabled" issue and sorted that. I will provide whatever I need to in order to give more info. Just feel like every single thing I have seen I have tried, and it has ultimately led up to me being stuck here lol  Anything is appreciated!
