Show which workshop items are different from server (and enable necessary updates easily and intuitively)

On a dedicated server so can play with gf and I keep having to uninstall the entirity of PZ everytime a mod we've added to the server updates itself - very annoying :I

What kind of server is your dedicated machine? Ubunut, Windows, etc? Are you running using a container such as Docker? The purpose for the question is that, in some cases, scripts are run automatically when the server restarts to update the mods, in other cases it's a manual process.
