• Reproduction steps:

1. Take a rotten jarred food
2. Try to open it with less than 7 in Cooking
3. You will not be able to do it
4. Raise your skill to get at least 7 points in Cooking
5. You will able to do it

 

Opening jarred food should not require any skill point, regardless of it being rotten or not.
