PZ multiplayer crash

You really need to give us more information if you want help. Any error messages that show up when the crash happens would be a good start. Also update your graphics card drivers directly from the manufacturer. And let us know what graphics card and operating system version you have in the meanwhile.

Ok so i did what u said and it said that i had to download this AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool but it does not work on 64 bit.

Read all of this:

http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html

And then start again from the top. The more information you can give us, the better!

Also, have you got steam? Can you open the library, click on File, and see if there's an option to update your graphics drivers? It's best to get it straight from ATI's site, but if you're having trouble, it's not bad :)

ok then help me and fix this

First, please remember our number one rule: Be Lovely. I totally get that it's frustrating, you've bought a game and it's not working.

However, please take note, it's also frustrating for us - we're trying to help you, and you're being rude to us. Continuing to be so will result in moderator action.

You need to update your graphics drivers. If you can't, I recommend asking your local computer shop to help you do so, or ask someone who is used to working with computers. We've tried talking you through it remotely, but it's quite difficult.

If you've no-one available who can help, we need to collect more information about your computer. Please click on the start button, and type exactly "dxdiag". You should see "dxdiag.exe" in the results, if so, click it and wait. Be patient - it takes a little while to load. Please take a screenshot of the "System" window, and upload it to imgur or similar. Greenshot makes this process a lot easier:

You all expect me to know everything about pc's. You guys r here to help people who can't solve the problem themselfes. which means that not everyone knows how to give all that information about his/her computer. Here is the screenshot http://i.imgur.com/0Drgim5.png i know it's not in english because i don't know how to change it.

Edit: i also took some other screenshots http://i.imgur.com/Ac6cgec.png , http://i.imgur.com/aGrZ2L5.png

We're mostly volunteers here! We totally don't expect you to knwo everything about your computer, but we do expect you to work with us. If you don't know how to get information, ask, don't rant at us. We'll never bite your head off for asking questions. I love people asking questions!

The screenshots are awesome, thanks! Can you try running this:

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/legacy/13-9-legacy_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe

If that gives an error, please screenshot it, or copy/paste the log it provides.

it says download not complete i took a screenshot http://i.imgur.com/OMMu2Kk.png i didnt try to download anything this just showed up after i clicked the link.

Then you need to select exactly the right driver from here:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Do not use the auto-download functions. AMD's blocking me giving you the driver link, just make sure you fill out the fields correctly.

I tried 32-bit now but it give the same error. I can take a screenshot but it's not in english. http://i.imgur.com/DM5eHGX.png

Edit: Also took a screenshot of the 32-bit version http://i.imgur.com/nUDkSfS.png

You *have* to run the 64 bit version.

If you can't get it to run, you'll need to contact your local computer shop to help, that's the limit of our ability to help remotely.
