Invisible people, cars & items

I run a dedicated multiplayer server & one of my players is having some issues. We have tried many things to try to fix this and nothing has helped. When he loads into the game he is fine for a few minutes but then experiences things going invisible. Ranges from his player, other players, cars, zombies, corpses or items but his player corpses & cars seem to be the most consistent. He is still able to see the shadows and sounds and find items in the loot inventory. 

Here is a list of things he's tried so far:
Reinstalled all mods from from pz and pc files. Verified and Validated files. Left all servers. Tested on other servers, didn’t get the issue. Uncapped fps. Dedicated more ram to pz. Changed resolution. Reinstalled pz. Debug mode. Logged and Rejoined server multiple times. Updated windows. Updated drivers. Restarted pc. Cleaned files.

Do you have any mods on the server? Since if you tested other servers, the difference would be either in the connection quality, or with the specific mods and settings on the server.

Yes we do. But he was able to play fine before on the server and we havent added anything new. Only difference was that we removed a couple but shouldn't have had any effect and hasn't been effecting anyone else. His game also runs perfectly other than this and his ping is great.

Does the issue happen without mods as well as a test on a new server in that case? Since we would need to rule that out.
