Mod Translation Problem

Hi,

 

I have problem with translating mods into polish, the error occurs in special characters and i don't know how to fix it. 

 

 

 

Translation file looks like this:

 

 

For example

Simple Overhaul: Traits and Occupations (SOTO) have orginal polish translation and it work correct (my txt files with translation look the same)

You need change encoding format to: Central European (windows-1250)

Use notepad++ i think it will be eazier.
