Can't get past the terms and conditions screen.

I'm on a 2021 Macbook Pro and I can't even get past accepting terms. Tried regular and compatibility mode. So far it's a virtual paperweight. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Basically all i get it a black background with a popup that says Terms of Service and Privacy notice. There's 4 buttons (2 to see terms and pp) and then an accept and quit. I can move the mouse around but can't click on anything.

Try going to the Home\Zomboid folder and edit the options.ini file.
In that file, edit the fullscreen=true line to fullscreen=false
Then try launching the game again.

 

This solved the issue.  Adding solve for those that might hit the same issue.
